Over 30 years’ experience in project management across theatre and television in both the UK and Hong Kong.

In the UK, spent a decade as Head of Programme and Production at The Chinese Channel Ltd., leading teams of creative, editorial and technical professionals in producing Chinese-language television content.

In Hong Kong, has worked as a Theatre Producer and Arts Manager since 1990, delivering a wide range of box office successes and award-winning productions.

Deeply committed to fostering cross-cultural collaboration, championing Hong Kong diaspora artists in the UK, and ensuring that underrepresented voices are seen and heard. In 2025, founded and now produce HONG KONG STORIES • UK STAGES — the UK’s first theatre series dedicated to contemporary work by artists from Hong Kong.
